VISA REFUSAL CONSULTATION
This service is suitable for those who have received a refusal for the following types of applications:
- Visitor visa
- Study Permit (Student Visa)
- Post-Graduation Work Permit (PGWP)
- Work Permit
Timeline for VISA REFUSAL CONSULTATION
- If you already have an ATIP (Access to Information and Privacy Act report), preparation for the consultation will take 3-5 business days after we receive all documentation, including ATIP.
- If you don’t have an ATIP yet, we will request it for you. However, the timeline will increase as we wait for the ATIP, which can take anywhere from 30 to 60 days.
Service Cost
- 500 CAD + 13% tax for clients residing within Canada
- 5% bank service fee for clients residing outside Canada
What You Will Receive from the Refusal Analysis:
STEP 1: A written analysis of the reasons for refusal and possible ways to strengthen your application, from our RCIC (Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant), sent to you via email. This will be a single email from the specialist, without subsequent follow-up correspondence.
STEP 2: After reviewing the written analysis, you will receive a 15-minute online consultation via Zoom with a licensed immigration consultant. During this consultation, you can ask any questions regarding the analysis you received via email.
Please Note:
- This service does not include follow-up responses to emails, discussions of alternative immigration routes, or additional consultation options. If you require further advice, you can request a separate consultation on general terms.
- The analysis includes:
- Explanation of the refusal reasons for your specific application.
- Identification of errors, inconsistencies, or missing important aspects in the application.
- Recommendations on how to address refusal reasons, expert advice on supporting documents, and explanatory letter points.
Step-by-Step Process for Ordering the VISA REFUSAL CONSULTATION Service:
- Contact us via email: contact@marcuseducate.com and mention VISA REFUSAL CONSULTATION in the subject line.
- Agreement on consultation terms, invoice, and required documentation from the client.
- Payment for the service.
- Receipt of all requested documents from the client (all documents should be in one email, PDF format, maximum 5 MB in total, legible. We do not accept zipped files! Documents should be submitted within 15 days after receiving the list of required documents).
- If you do not have an ATIP report, we will request it for you. The client must sign a special authorization form for this action. The ATIP processing time can take 30 to 60 days. Only after receiving the ATIP and other documents can we begin the VISA REFUSAL CONSULTATION service.
- Analysis of your refusal (3-5 business days): You will receive an email with the expert’s findings and advice.
- Online Consultation via Zoom for 15 minutes.
Important:
We typically do not accept repeat applications if you’ve previously received a refusal after submitting the application independently or through another agency. Exceptions are rare.
